Our client located in Nashville, TN is actively looking for a Truss Design Manager with a background in Wood truss design for floors and roofs. 
Required: 
<ul><li>7 plus years of Wood Truss Design experience 
	</li><li>Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software 
	</li><li>Plus Experience designing Wall panel or Timber Trusses  
	</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings 
	</li><li>Excellent math skills 
	</li><li>Estimating and quoting experience from take offs 
	</li><li>Experience managing others / 2-3 remote employees) and 2 in office employees and  checking their work. 
	</li><li>Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules.  - critical</li><li>Ability to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule. 
	</li><li>Able to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are met. 
	</li><li>Budgets and Forecasting 
	</li><li>Review Contracts and purchase orders
</li></ul>
Salary Range-$80,000-$120,000 (depending on experience) 
Must be able to work in Nashville office
