POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the execution, strategic direction, and coordination of U.S. transportation operations within the organization. This includes identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with reliable transportation vendors while securing the most cost-effective pricing for all inland movements across various modes of transport. The role focuses on optimizing service quality, ensuring timely deliveries, and driving continuous improvement in transportation processes. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
