Mustard Financial & Insurance Inc. is looking for a Trucking Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is a client facing position primarily focused on managing existing trucking client business accounts and facilitating renewals. This position requires excellent verbal and written skills, great attention to detail/organization and a great attitude in working closely with clients, insurance carriers, producers and teammates.

Responsibilities
Client Assistance: Handle inbound calls and provide prompt and efficient assistance to clients regarding their trucking lines insurance policies.
Policy Reviews: Work within the team to proactively review client policies to identify potential coverage gaps or opportunities for savings.
Policy Changes: Process policy changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring all client information is up to date.
Claims Support: Assist clients with filing and managing insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Insurance Knowledge: 1+ years hands on experience with property & casualty insurance products and policies is a plus.
Idaho or Oregon Property and Casualty Producer's License (Active) or willing to pursue
In office work, 8 AM - 5 PM, Mon - Fri in our Meridian, ID
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication in both verbal and written forms.
