We are an Electrical Truck Shop Repair operating in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing technicians, ensuring quality control, and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated, experienced leader with a strong truck repair background to manage a fast-paced service center. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, handling customer inquiries, and managing documentation.
Responsibilities 


  • Lead and manage the service team to ensure quality work, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Oversee daily service department operations and assign tasks based on technicians' skill levels.
  • Prioritize workloads and adjust staffing as needed.
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Supervise technicians during repair processes 
  • Inspect work after job completion for quality assurance.
  • Keep dashboards updated with customers interactions
  • Provide technical support to technicians as needed.
  • Assist in enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Assist with hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.
  • Assist maintaining a clean shop environment.
 Qualifications:
  • Bilingual- ENGLISH AND SPANISH
  • At least 8 years of experience as a shop service manager in a busy environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills..
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening.
