Overview 

Lexon Supply Co. is seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position involves split time between driving deliveries and working in the warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical labor throughout their entire shift and working in a fast-paced, inventory-driven environment.

This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring safe, on-time deliveries. New hires will complete a 30-day trial period, with pay reevaluated based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Delivery

• Safely operate company box trucks for local deliveries

• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules

• Inspect vehicles and report any mechanical or safety issues

• Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies

• Complete delivery logs, mileage reports, and related paperwork

Warehouse Operations

• Perform order fulfillment and prepare customer orders for delivery

• Conduct inventory accuracy checks and cycle counts

• Stock, organize, and rotate warehouse inventory

• Use barcode scanners and ERP software to track inventory and movements

• Accurately record all warehouse and delivery activities in Lexon Supply Co.’s ERP system

• Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness

Qualifications & Skills 

• Minimum 1 year of truck driving experience (preferred)

• Valid Driver’s License (required)

• Prior experience working in a warehouse with barcode scanning and electronic inventory tracking systems

• Experience operating pallet jacks and forklifts (preferred)

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift

• Comfortable performing physical labor for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

• Familiarity with GPS navigation and local routes

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Physical Requirements 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for the duration of the shift

• Ability to safely load/unload trucks and move warehouse inventory
