Dump Truck Driver
Team member's primary responsibility is for the safe and efficient operation of a heavy (dump) truck.

Working knowledge of all applicable OSHA, DOT and NCDMV standards

Control the hazards you and your team members are subjected to by correcting hazards as soon as they are present
Understand the expected results for your day prior to work beginning
Maintain an excellent driving record
Know the weight limits of the truck you will be operating
Work to meet daily production goals
Be able to read a map and be familiar with the area you will be delivering the load to
Keep truck clean, neat, and orderly
Complete all paperwork required per NCDMV standards
Maintain and keep DOT medical certification current
Must be able to complete tasks that require but not limited to bending, twisting, climbing, squatting, crouching, crawling, and balancing
Communicate time away from work with your team leader with sufficient notice
Willingness to work hours as required

Must be able to lift more than 50 lbs, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb ladders regularly. Work involves frequent shoveling, raking, using hand tools and handling materials in and around trenches or uneven terrain. Requires standing or walking for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
