Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Adheres to Integer's Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain truck run schedule
Complete truck runs within designated schedule. Truck driving constitutes 80% of the job. Driving will primarily take place between campus buildings, with occasional trips to off-site destinations such as warehouses, maintenance, etc.
Communicate unforeseen changes in run schedule to affected areas or supervisor
Product Handling (dropped trays – damaged parts) must notify supervisor.
Awareness of “Delivery Requests “outside of normal daily activities.
Awareness of dock space constraints (timely collection to support delivery requested and
alleviate dock congestion)
Awareness of workspace at receiving facility. (Consideration for those working there- don’t drop
under foot- ask for direction if unsure)
Awareness of quick door usage (removing dock plate and closing truck door before delivering
parts)
Follow posted notice that all trucks be “shut off” when in the dock bay.
Safety awareness for driving truck at posted speed limit in parking lots (10 mph when
transporting product within the facility)
General safety awareness for all associated tools and equipment used (dock plates, carts, barrel
dollies, two-wheel dollies, tie down straps, etc.)
Awareness of not wasting your time and that of others in your daily route activities.
Awareness of dock access needs of others. (Don’t leave truck unattended in dock bay for lengthy
periods) Example during breaks
Maintain sufficient fuel levels to complete your day.
Handle additional hot moves requested. (Understand the move urgency – communicate your
best delivery time – inform if delays occur)
Support in other areas as needed such as receiving, finished good, shipping, etc. per business
needs
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
Special Skills:
Strong organizational skills. Strong computer skills.
Ability to communicate and work with those inside and outside the department, handle multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to follow appropriate department policies, procedures and practices.
Specialized Knowledge:
Familiar with production procedures.
Has thorough knowledge of procedures, work methods, and set-ups within the department.
Knowledge of JDE system desired.
Physical Requirements: lift objects weighing up to 55 pounds.

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.76
