TriZetto EAM Software Engineer (.NET & Facets)

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a TriZetto EAM Software Engineer (.NET & Facets) for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

EAM Development & Configuration

• Develop and maintain TriZetto Elements EAM solutions.
• Configure and support EAM workflows and business processes.
• Build and enhance enrollment transaction processing capabilities.
• Configure fallout management and exception handling processes.
• Support EAM product upgrades and release implementations

Medicare Enrollment Processing

• Support Medicare Advantage and Part D enrollment operations.
• Implement CMS regulatory updates and business changes.
• Support enrollment intake, member maintenance, and coverage updates.
• Configure and support Special Election Period (SEP) processing.
• Assist with Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) readiness activities

Integration Development

• Develop and support EAM integrations with Facets, QNXT, and external systems.
• Work with APIs, interface files, and data exchange mechanisms.
• Support inbound and outbound data integrations.
• Analyse and resolve interface processing issues.
• Validate and reconcile enrolment data across systems

Requirements:

• 5+ years working with TriZetto Elements EAM
• Experience supporting Medicare enrollment platforms and healthcare payer systems
