This full-time, non-exempt Trimmer/Climber Foreperson supervises daily operations, manages crew work, enforces safety protocols, and provides training and mentoring. CDL preferred but not required.

Minimum qualifications: 18+, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently, valid driver’s license, and tested journeyman status preferred. CDL Class B is a plus.
Physical requirements include frequent standing, lifting, climbing, and working at heights and in various weather conditions. Safety awareness and ability to work near energized lines are essential.
