The Tree Trimmer performs tree trimming, clearing, and removal along electric lines and right-of-ways.
They climb trees using equipment, operate chainsaws, pruners, brush chippers, and may use aerial lifts.
At least 6 months of utility or residential tree clearance experience is preferred.
A valid driver’s license or CDL is recommended; a pesticide license is beneficial but not required.
The work schedule involves four 10-hour days, with mandatory overtime and storm duty as needed.
Travel across various states (PA, MD, OH, VA, WV) is required.
