Our friendly, patient-centered practice has been serving the community for over 10 years, fostering a family-like atmosphere for both our patients and team members. We are looking for someone who loves working with patients, has strong reception and customer service skills, and has a solid understanding of dental treatment coordination.

Job Description:

  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
  • Verify insurance and process claims
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Schedule:

  • Monday: 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Tuesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Thursday: 9am-5:30pm
  • Every other Friday and Saturday: 7:30am-2:30pm

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ years of Front Desk experience in dental field
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
  • A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
