What You’ll Be Doing
- Present and explain high-value treatment plans with clarity and confidence
- Build trust with patients and guide them through the decision-making process
- Work alongside the doctor during exams to:
- Understand patient concerns
- Capture key motivations
- Re-explain treatment in a way patients fully understand
- Discuss financing and payment options
- Drive case acceptance and production growth
- Review schedules to identify unscheduled treatment opportunities
- Follow up with patients to convert pending treatment

Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35/hour (based on experience)

Schedule
- 35–40 hours per week

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of dental treatment coordinator experience
- Proven experience presenting treatment plans ranging from $5K–$50K+
- Strong communication and patient relationship skills
- Ability to:
- Read patient personalities
- Adapt communication style effectively
- Handle objections confidently
- Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
