Luma Dentistry is seeking a motivated and organized Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Manager to join our growing team in McCalla. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent patient care and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Schedule
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling and coordinate patient appointments
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls
- Present treatment plans and coordinate patient care
- Work closely with the doctor to meet daily production goals
- Oversee staff schedules and maintain efficient office flow
- Monitor time management and productivity throughout the day
- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix
- Provide outstanding customer service and patient communication
Qualifications
- Experience with Dentrix preferred
- Minimum 2 years of dental office experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Leadership and management experience is a plus
