Location: Perfect Smiles Beverly | Chicago, IL

Perfect Smiles Beverly is growing! We’re looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our long-standing team and help us continue delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care to the Chicago community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Submit insurance claims and verify coverage
• Assist patients with intake forms and payment options
• Process payments and update insurance information
• Maintain a clean, professional reception area
• Organize mail and ensure office equipment is functioning
• Support treatment planning and fill schedules

Preferred Experience:

• Treatment planning and insurance verification
• Dental office software proficiency
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (twice a month)
