Treatment Coordinator

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. This role is essential in guiding patients through their dental care journey—helping them understand treatment plans, navigate financial options, and feel confident moving forward with care.

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly, ensuring patients understand recommended care and next steps
• Review insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates
• Discuss financial options and assist patients with payment solutions
• Coordinate scheduling for treatment and follow-up visits
• Partner closely with doctors and office team to support patient care and case acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with office protocols
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience from consultation through treatment completion

• Experience as a dental Treatment Coordinator 
• Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
• Proven ability to present treatment plans and improve case acceptance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
