Description
This opportunity is for an onsite contract position in the Las Vegas area.
The role involves administrative and project-driven treasury tasks within the Finance Department.
The candidate will handle various financial transactions and maintain relationships with financial institutions using general technology tools.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile previous day cash transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Manage daily and monthly bank statements.
Assist with wire transfers, ACH transactions, and internal transfers.
Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Assist in managing user entitlements in banking platforms.
Qualifications
High degree of proficiency with data entry functions.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in 10-key by touch.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
