The Treasury Services Manager supervises and regulates cash management activities in the department.
- Supervises product development and related activities to ensure current and efficient products are available to customers
- Oversees product profitability for the Cash Management Department
- Plans, develops and monitors cash management product lines on a regular basis; studies product enhancement, continuation or deletion options to enhance profitability for the financial institution
- Supervises department staff, recommending training, conducting evaluations and assisting in overall staff growth and development, as appropriate
- Regulates product setup and operations
- Conducts research to determine use of or need for new and existing products in the financial institutions market area
- Assist in development of department goals and budgets, and in writing short and long term product plans
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- 10 years previous relevant experience
- Must be able to work onsite
Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
- Travel to a variety of locations to perform work and/or attend meetings as required
- Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
- Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
