We are currently looking for a Treasury Management Specialist to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details:

HOW YOULL CONNECT

Serves as the essential link in delivering the Landmark National Bank commitment To be champions and catalysts for our communities. Connects treasury management clients to products and services to support their business needs and bank success. Delivers exceptional customer service that goes beyond prompt, accurate, and confidential bank transactions to also include a positive, friendly approach to building customer relationships. Works in an environment where individuals are trusted to work independently and as part of a productive, successful team. Provides efficient, safe, and confidential service to customers and follows all compliance requirements and procedures. Extends work into the local community by assisting with bank promotional activities. Promotes all bank products and services using a proven format while drawing from advanced knowledge of treasury products.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

  • Advanced communication and customer service skills

  • Advanced level of understanding of basic personal computer programs (Internet, Word, Excel, and Outlook)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating the Landmark National Bank commitment To be champions and catalysts for our communities, which begins with assisting and addressing customer needs with prompt and accurate information and resolutions for customer concerns.

  • Supports Treasury Management Officer in the promotion, sale, development, enhancement, maintenance, risk management and delivery of treasury management products and services.

  • Troubleshoot and respond to customer inquiries of all treasury management services, i.e. business online banking for treasury management customers, remote deposit capture, ACH origination, wire origination and Positive Pay.

  • Learn and utilize a 7 Step Conversation to promote bank products and services while onboarding and opening accounts for treasury clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Treasury Management clients.

  • Collaborate with your team, other bank divisions and bank leadership to develop, monitor and achieve branch and regional goals.

  • Manage professional improvement through the utilization of the Quarterly Job Progress Plan and consistently meet Minimum, Target and Optimum levels of performance.

  • Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives and team success activities, including Daily Huddles, leading when assigned, Weekly Rally Meetings, New Account Training (Retail and Business), and Celebrations..

  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures.
