Treasury Management IT Business Analyst

Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Treasury Management IT Business Analyst to support commercial banking Treasury Management (TM) pricing, account analysis billing, and system implementations. This role is 100% remote and focused on Account Analysis and earnings credit-based billing, not payments-only processing. This is a delivery-focused role suited for a senior-level analyst who can quickly step into existing configurations and add value. Summary: The Treasury Management IT Business Analyst will support Treasury Management products by translating business and pricing requirements into system logic, with a strong emphasis on Weiland Account Analysis. Responsibilities include supporting pricing structures, volume-based fees, allowances, compensating balances, and Earnings Credit Rate (ECR) calculations that directly impact client billing and fee revenue. This role partners closely with Treasury, Product, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure TM products are priced accurately, configured correctly, and billed consistently across systems. The Treasury Management IT Business Analyst will support TM product implementations and enhancements, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, document requirements, and participate in testing, validation, and production rollout activities.
