LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Treasury Analyst to support key treasury, banking, and financial risk management initiatives. This role offers strong visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic financial analysis for executive leadership and the Board.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily cash positioning and assist with short-term liquidity planning
Support banking operations including wires, deposits, and check processing
Assist with monitoring borrowings, debt activity, interest expense, and related reporting
Contribute to treasury reporting, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
Provide support for hedging activities and track related financial data
Prepare compliance deliverables tied to lending agreements
Partner on capital structure, liquidity, and risk-related analysis
Assist with insurance program administration, renewals, and claims
Support internal controls, audits, and treasury process improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related
Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
