Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across multiple states. This role is responsible for leading on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget while managing field teams and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for large-scale solar projects
Oversee subcontractors, field crews, and site staff to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep projects on track
Support and enforce all safety programs and ensure compliance with site requirements
Coordinate with project managers and participate in client and project meetings
Requirements
Experience supervising construction projects as a Superintendent, Site Manager, or similar field leadership role
Experience working on solar, renewable energy, or large-scale industrial/commercial projects preferred
Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar construction projects in a field environment
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Willingness to travel and work on-site for the duration of projects across multiple states
