Description

  • Lead Walmart and Sam's Club remodels and ground-up projects
  • Manage 3-month project cycles across NC, SC, and TN
  • Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
  • Execute night work as required for active retail environments
  • Maintain safety, quality, and Walmart program standards

Profile

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Walmart or Sam's Club project experience (required)
  • Background in retail construction (remodels or ground-up)
  • Open to frequent Southeast travel and night shifts
  • Based in NC, SC, or GA (required)
  • Walmart certification is a strong plus

Job Offer

$95,000 - $105,000 base salary

  • 10% annual bonus + strong project pipeline stability
  • $40/day per diem + weekly truck allowance
