Description
* Lead site execution for QSR and grocery projects
* Oversee scheduling, subcontractors, and daily operations
* Travel across FL, GA, Carolinas, and DC/MD/VA
* Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery
* Coordinate closely with PMs and client stakeholders
Profile
* 8+ years in construction supervision roles
* Experience with fast casual or retail builds
* Comfortable travelling full-time on East Coast
* Strong field leadership and communication skills
* Proven ability to deliver $1M-$20M projects
Job Offer
Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + travel package
* Per diem, vehicle allowance, and company-paid travel
