Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Construction

I’m working with a well-established commercial general contractor seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale renovation projects across the U.S. This company has a strong backlog, repeat clients, and offers long-term stability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion

• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel

• Maintain project schedules and enforce quality standards

• Ensure OSHA compliance and job site safety

• Coordinate with Project Managers and provide regular updates

• Lead site meetings and inspections

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction

• Ground-up experience preferred

• Ability to travel full-time

• Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills

• Experience with retail, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or office projects is a plus
