The Traveling Skilled Trades Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple skilled trades projects at various locations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing field teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5–7 years of project management experience within skilled trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, or similar).
Proven track record managing multiple job sites or large-scale industrial/commercial projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, or other project management software.
Strong knowledge of construction documents, estimating, and job costing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work abroad up to 75–90% of the time. Working abroad/travel will be focused on short term or long term project assignments at various customer locations.
Must be flexible to travel on short notice and work extended hours during peak project phases.
