We’re looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager who knows how to run work from kickoff to closeout — no handholding, no guesswork. If you’ve managed big electrical jobs, can keep crews moving, and know how to deliver for customers without cutting safety corners, this is your kind of gig.
What You’ll Do

  • Run the job from start to finish using our Stop Gate Process

  • Keep productivity high while protecting quality and safety

  • Enforce company and OSHA safety protocols

  • Build and maintain project schedules

  • Work closely with the General Superintendent & Foremen to keep crews equipped (tools, PPE, materials)

  • Coordinate with other trades + GC/owner reps

  • Handle sensitive/secure environments with proper documentation & work authorization

  • Manage all project materials

  • Hit budget and track costs monthly (WIP)

  • Own customer relationships — communicate, solve problems, deliver

  • Continue growing personally & professionally
Design-Build Responsibilities

  • Support customer + field teams with design changes

  • Estimate change orders with field leadership

  • Track/document all T&M + change order work

  • Create change order budgets & track through WIP

  • Keep as-builts current and assist CAD when updates are needed
Admin Work You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Approve weekly timesheets + sign-in sheets

  • Review daily logs, T&M tickets, look-aheads

  • Material requests + corrective actions

  • Monthly WIP + billing worksheets

  • Change order budgets
Tech You’ll Use

  • Microsoft Office

  • Document storage/collab platforms
What You Need

  • 8+ years of electrical PM experience

  • Design/Build background

  • Electrical estimating experience

  • Strong computer + communication skills

  • OSHA 30 and large-project experience = major plus

  • Solid interpersonal skills — able to lead crews and work with customers
