Scheduling ManagerAs the Scheduling Manager, you will report directly to senior project leadership and act as the scheduling authority on active projects.Lead the development of baseline, update, and recovery schedules using Critical Path MethodologyPartner with project managers, field teams, owners, and subcontractors to maintain accurate and realistic timelinesAnalyse schedule risks, delivery impacts, time extensions, and potential claimsPrepare and distribute weekly and monthly schedule updates, narratives, and critical path reportsMonitor progress and evaluate schedule, budget, and resource variancesSupport preconstruction teams with proposal and baseline schedulesUtilise Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track and document schedule performanceThis is a full-time, in-person role with an initial on-site assignment on a major project near Fort Worth, Texas.
