90% TRAVEL
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple facilities in the region
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational initiatives
Qualifications:
Operations Management, or related field
5+ years of proven experience in operations management
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
