Traveling Position – East Valley, West Valley & Casa Grande Locations


We are seeking a dependable, professional, and friendly Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our growing team. This position requires travel between our East Valley, West Valley, and Casa Grande locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided.


The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced medical office environment.


Responsibilities


  •  Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner 
  •  Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling 
  •  Schedule follow-up appointments 
  •  Prepare and organize patient charts 
  •  Collect copays and process payments 
  •  Perform various administrative and clerical duties 
  •  Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations 
  •  Travel between office locations as needed 
Qualifications


  •  Previous medical front office or receptionist experience preferred 
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment 
  •  Basic computer and scheduling system knowledge 
  •  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations 
  •  Professional appearance and positive attitude 
  •  Bilingual- English and Spanish
