As a Land Surveyor - Survey Technician, your primary responsibilities include: • Executing boundary, easement, deed and title review • Performing boundary surveys independently or mentored • Performing all aspects of construction staking across multiple industries • Producing 3D models and road corridors

What it takes?
Associates or Bachelor's in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering is desired. 2+ years of experience is required. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or equivalent. Working knowledge of Trimble Survey Equipment (GPS, Total Stations & Data Collectors). Valid drivers license is required. Overnight travel is required. Ability to multitask, be organized, and prioritize work.
