Description

  • Lead a $30M historic hotel renovation from interiors through amenity spaces
  • Oversee public spaces, restaurants, and back-of-house renovations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site operations
  • Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence on an active renovation
  • Work closely with clients on a high-visibility hospitality project

Profile

A successful Traveling Hospitality Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Proven background in high-end hotel renovations (preferred)
  • Multifamily renovation experience with mixed-use components considered
  • Experience in active renovation environments (must have)
  • Strong attention to detail and client-facing professionalism

Job Offer

$100,000 - $120,000 base salary
