We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead mission-critical data center projects from inception to completion. A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Lead the execution of large-scale, mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through punch list
- Partner with owners, design teams, and internal leadership to align scope, budget, schedule, and risk
- Manage GMP/lump sum contracts, change management, and cost forecasting throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive coordination across structural, architectural, MEP, and vendor scopes with a strong focus on critical path activities
- Ensure project compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations
- Develop and oversee project financials
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect schedule and budget
- Support commissioning and turnover activities to ensure successful delivery to the owner
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Around 3-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in data center construction or mission critical projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their integration in mission-critical environments
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required
