Job Details

**Current projects in Las Vegas, NV and Reno, NV**

In this role, you'll oversee field operations for mission-critical builds like data centers, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Expect significant travel to project sites across the country, working with top-tier teams to deliver cutting-edge electrical systems that power the future.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical installation activities, managing crews of 20+ electricians and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules while optimizing manpower and materials
  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs, progress reporting, and coordination with project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Manage material procurement, tool/equipment needs, and resolution of field issues to maintain productivity
  • Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and RFIs to execute work accurately
  • Foster a safety-first culture through training, toolbox talks, and incident prevention

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale electrical projects, including data centers and commercial/industrial work
  • Proven track record managing crews of 20+ on multi-million-dollar jobs with budgets exceeding $10M
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction sequencing
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (75%+)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred; experience with Procore or similar software a plus
