Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation
  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project goals are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions to keep projects on track

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on retail, commercial, and multifamily projects
  • Ideal candidate with bring luxury retail experience to the table, specifically for clients such as Gucci, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton, Apple Flagship Stores, ect...
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites in the Detroit metropolitan area
