SuperintendentAs the Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and report directly to the Project Leadership team, ensuring the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of a large-scale federal construction program. Your responsibilities include:Leading site coordination, sequencing, and execution of all construction activitiesManaging subcontractors and enforcing contract scope, quality, and safety standardsDriving daily planning, scheduling, and look-ahead meetingsOverseeing exterior work beginning in the coming monthsWorking in tandem with an established Quality Control team already assigned to the projectEnsuring full compliance with federal requirements, documentation, and reportingCollaborating with owners, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues proactivelyMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. First Project in TXWhat's on offer:Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000GSA-standard living package: $3,346/month housing$2,680/month per diemCompletion bonusThey are an ESOP!
