About Our Client

Job Description- Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Serve as the primary on-site representative, maintaining strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly to project teams and clients
- Track project milestones, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate daily reports and jobsite documentation

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset
- Solid understanding of construction means, methods, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
