We are looking for a Project Engineer who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow while supporting the successful delivery of our projects. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be actively involved in both the field and the office, building strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and partners along the way.
As a Project Engineer, you’ll be a key part of the project management team, supporting the coordination of drawings, schedules, materials, costs, and quality throughout the life of the project. You’ll assist with document control, submittals, change management, production tracking, and site coordination, while helping ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Calnin & Goss quality standards. This hands‑on role offers broad exposure to the full construction process and is a great opportunity for someone who is humble, hungry, smart, reliable, and gritty, ready to learn from the field and contribute to building great projects and lasting relationships.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $63,000- $80,222 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
