This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.What you'll do:Promote safe job sitesPre-job planningCost and labor trackingDocument control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)Procuring material and toolsCoordination of subcontractorsContract complianceWho you are:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade backgroundInternships or other relevant work experienceStrong work ethicProblem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage timeExcellent communicationWilling to travelWhat we offer:The annual base pay for this role is between $70,000 - $80,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for vehicle allowance and bonus.
