Job Title: X-Ray Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: X-Ray Tech Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Valid CA License required Certifications: ARRT, Fluoroscopy, BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience preferred. Must be able to float between like units. Description: Weekday schedule of 5x8s from 12:00 to 20:30. First-timers are accepted. On-call duty required. Local candidates are welcome to apply. Additional requirements include experience with charting systems. Experience with Epic is required. Travelers may be expected to float to nearby facilities. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment. Candidates must cover at least two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. Candidates must submit references covering at least one year of recent experience. Completion of required modules is required prior to start. Hours spent on modules exceed 20 hours require prior approval. Housing options should be sought by travelers, as availability may be limited.
