Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced X-Ray Technician with a focus on X-Ray Tech specialty for a travel assignment in Atlanta, GA. The role requires proficiency in operating radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment and working within a dynamic emergency department and surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities of the X-Ray Technician
  • Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment
  • Evaluate images for technical quality
  • Work within the emergency department and surgery environment
  • Assist with portable X-ray units
  • Support pediatric and neonatal imaging per training
  • Float between departments as needed
  • Conduct competency check-offs for students

Requirements of the X-Ray Technician
  • BLS and ARRT certifications required
  • Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program
  • Minimum 1-year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed level 2 trauma facility
  • Experience with EMR systems like EPIC and Sectra
  • Proficiency with equipment such as GE, Phillips, CareStream
  • Must be willing to work with students and perform check-offs
