**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Travel RN Wound Care!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** Salem, Virginia - **Shift:** M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - **Unit:** Inpatient Wound Care - **Setting:** Main Hospital with 512 Beds **What You'll Do:** - Provide expert wound care recommendations and treatments as a consultative resource. - Conduct weekly follow-ups for ongoing wound management. - Perform hands-on new ostomy teaching for patients. - Manage complex wound vacs and fistulas autonomously. - Collaborate with a dedicated nursing team to enhance patient outcomes. **What We’re Looking For:** - **Required Skills:** - WOCN certification - Strong wound care experience - Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment - **Advanced Skills Needed:** - Proficiency in wound assessment and treatment - Experience with advanced wound care equipment - **Unit Equipment:** - Advanced wound care devices and technologies **Additional Information:** - **Documentation System:** Expanse - **Dress Code:** Navy Blue scrubs - **Unit Recognition:** A place where innovation meets excellence in patient care.
