Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of acute wound care experience
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccination required (no declinations accepted)
• Agency Illinois nursing license must be included with submission

Required Experience

• 2 years of acute wound care experience
• Cerner EMR experience
• High-volume, fast-paced acute care experience

Required Certifications

• Active Illinois RN License
• BLS
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Flu Vaccination

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate wound care for assigned patients
• Develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Perform wound assessments, treatments, and ongoing monitoring
• Implement physician orders accurately and within required timeframes
• Prioritize patient care to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR
