Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Minimum of 2 years of acute wound care experience
• Experience using Cerner EMR
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient clinic or healthcare environment
• Current BLS certification
• COVID and flu vaccination required
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal patient outcomes
• Prioritize nursing interventions and carry out physician orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Support wound care treatment plans, dressing changes, and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR and contribute to smooth clinic workflow
• Deliver high-quality care in a busy outpatient wound care setting
