Shifts: 8 hour days, 40 hours a week, on-call one day a week and every other weekend

Key Responsibilities of the Vascular Interventional Technologist
Scrubbing invasive cardiology procedures ranging from diagnostic caths to complex PCI with Impella insertion
Scrubbing pacemakers and EP ablations as needed
Assisting with procedures within a vascular lab environment, notably during stemi calls
Requirements of the Vascular Interventional Technologist
RCIS/RTR certification
Over two years of experience in scrubbing invasive cardiology procedures
Proficiency in handling a variety of cardiology procedures, from diagnostic to PCI
VA state license
Current flu vaccination, one week prior to assignment
Minimum of two current references
