Join the team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you will operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic-quality images used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.


Minimum Requirements:

  • National certification in specialty from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
  • ARDMS - Vascular required. ARDMS - General or ARDMS - OBGYN required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Vascular ultrasound experience required, including venous insufficiency assessment.
  • Experience performing general ultrasound and pelvic/OB ultrasound.
  • Experience using Philips ultrasound equipment preferred.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting or ability to float within a hospital for portable exams.
  • Client will accept candidates with 1 year of experience. First-time travelers are not accepted (preferred candidates have prior travel experience).

  • Standard Hours Per Week: 40
  • Patient Types: OB, General
  • Patient Ratio: 1:1
  • Required Call: weekday call rotation and weekend call rotation as needed. 45 minute response time for call; weekend rotation approximately every 4th weekend. Holiday coverage approximately every other holiday.
  • EMR: Epic
  • Floating: Will float throughout hospital for portable exams.
