We are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist) for a leading acute care hospital in Tacoma, Washington. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.
- Conduct head, neck, abdominal, and general body ultrasound studies.
- Accurately obtain and document diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning throughout examinations.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
- Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within Epic and PACS systems.
- Follow hospital policies, patient safety standards, and imaging best practices.
- Provide excellent patient care while working efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
