**Exciting Opportunity for Telemetry RN - 618** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic team in a 345-bed facility with a 3-time Magnet Designation - Be part of a supportive float pool with approximately 80 dedicated staff members - Experience a patient ratio of 1:5 (days and nights; varies between units) **Key Qualifications:** - **Must Have:** - Minimum of 1-year current acute care Telemetry hospital experience - BLS & ACLS certifications - **Preferred:** - Strong Telemetry experience - Chemo Certification (enabling scheduling on the Oncology unit) **Typical Procedures Performed:** - Care for a large cardiac population with 2 Tele floors and a PCU floor - Opportunity to float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units **Ideal Candidate Attributes:** - Flexibility and willingness to float between units - Team player with a compassionate approach to patient care - Enthusiasm for learning to care for patients with diverse medical issues, both acute and chronic **Unit Environment:** - A family-oriented environment where collaboration and support thrive - Opportunity for growth and learning across various medical specialties **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
