Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry unit position requiring ACLS and NIHSS certifications with night shift availability including every other weekend.

Details

  • 54-bed Cardiovascular Telemetry unit, split into three 18-bed wings
  • Cardiovascular telemetry (CVT) patient population, with overflow unit coverage as needed
  • Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Every other weekend required, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
  • Flexible scheduling preferred
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active VA or Compact RN license required
  • Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Local candidates are welcome to apply at the same rate
  • If any holidays fall within the assignment period, the candidate may be scheduled to work those days
