Job Summary
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Worcester, Massachusetts. This position involves providing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis within a non-trauma facility. The role includes supervising staff, supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, and managing clinical resources effectively. The assignment duration is approximately 12 to 13 weeks.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent, reliable transportation for onboarding, minimum 0 years experience, location in the Worcester, Massachusetts area or willingness to commute
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry nursing, familiarity with electronic medical records, additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or TNCC
  • Float: Float rotation may be required
  • Additional Information: The position requires parking in visitor areas, entering on the North side and crossing over to the south side to take the elevator to the 1st floor. Shifts in the operating room are 8s, 10s, and 12s. Dedicated scrubs are provided for travelers, who wear the same color as staff. OR call rotation includes one first call (11 p.m. 7 a.m.) and one second call (11 p.m. 7 a.m.) per month, with one weekend day every other month.
