Job Description
Join our dedicated team at a recognized facility as a Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit. This role requires providing exceptional care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient telemetry and respond to changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN License in the state of North Carolina.
- BLS certification (required).
- Experience in telemetry or critical care preferred.
- Leadership or charge nurse experience is encouraged.
